Expo 2010
The Expo is the public-facing component of Urban Mobility India. It has been designed to create awareness about public transport practices, systems and new technologies, and to create an interface between citizens, policymakers, researchers and practitioners.
Participation is invited from private sector firms, government and non-governmental agencies, civil society organisations as well as educational institutions involved in the urban transport sector from India, and around the world.
With the theme of ‘Accessible & Inclusive Cities’, Expo 2010 will focus attention on showcasing public transport solutions and ideas that have the ability to both increase modal choice and improve the quality of urban mobility experiences for the majority of India’s city dwellers.
